 The Insurance Accelerator Product (IAP)

 

At The Key 2 Growth we have combined our Telemarketing Plus service with our extensive knowledge of the Commercial Insurance Market to provide our unique Insurance Accelerator Product (IAP).

What is the IAP?

The IAP is a hands on marketing service designed to deliver our partners with a steady stream of time sensitive, fully qualified, warm prospects providing BOTH additional sales opportunities AND an improved quote to sale conversion rate. 

The Insurance Accelerator product is essentially a two/three phase process:

  • Phase 1 – here we do a fairly traditional telemarketing activity of calling a list of prospects that satisfy our partners broad criteria e.g. the right vertical sector, location, turnover, number of employees and we will then make sufficient contact with this prospect list to determine whether these prospects are actually potential clients for you e.g. meet your specific premium target.
  • Phase 2 – for all of the top qualifying prospects passed from Phase 1 we will ‘nurture’ the prospect until such time as they are ready to receive a visit or a quote from for our partner. This nurturing phase includes mid-term courtesy phone calls and the delivery from our own ‘pipeline manager’ system of email and optionally video messages designed to build our partners ‘brand’. This extra ‘service’ is designed to add to the prospect’s feeling of being ‘looked after’. The intended result is that they will already feel like a customer when it comes to their renewal. 
  • Phase 3 - OK. So we have secured a lead and it fits your criteria, but so what, it needs converting and there is plenty more still to do to get that sale. This phase ensures that the partnership has all the steps in place to secure the full benefit of the arrangement. To find out more about this, please click here
