Who are we?
At one level, The Key 2 Growth is just another service company providing a number of hands on and consultancy services to help YOU grow your business.
It is, however, the way we approach business and our clear focus on the Insurance sector that makes The Key 2 Growth so very different.
We work in partnerships. We choose to work on a shared risk/reward basis. We choose to work with partner companies who are genuinely looking for a development partner to help obtain new business opportunities and to make the most of the opportunity for additional sales from their existing client base.
Our main product aimed at New Business Acquisition is primarily a Telenurturing / Telemarketing proposition - we call this the Insurance Accelerator Product (IAP).
Designed to ensure that WE provide you with fully qualified appointments at the appropriate time in the prospects insurance cycle and YOU can increase your opportunity to sale conversion rates.
All at a time when the loyalty/apathy of existing clients tends to result in a lot of hard work by the prospective Broker being thwarted by a simple 'price match' or similar resulting in the incumbent Broker retaining the business (albeit with reduced fee / commission). This is also a bit of an 'own goal' in the game to encourage market hardening. The winner, initially, being the other brokers client!
Of course with all Intermediaries believing that they 'do the job properly' and with most clients wanting to believe this point (or not having the time to think about it) the market ends up buying on price rather than on the appropriate level of cover or value. Market Leaders and Change Catalyst's are, not surprisingly, looking to overcome this issue and educate businesses more on the need to understand the risks, arrange for the appropriate level of cover and avoid any nasty surprises when it comes to making a claim.
Eventually, the current 'comfort factor' of a 90 or 95% retention rate that a number of brokers may have, may start to be eroded.
All the more important, therefore, to look at new opportunities of securing additional revenue.
At The Key 2 Growth, for 2012, we are only planning to work with another 3 or 4 top broker's. Could you be one of them? If you have a commercial book, typically in the £5m to £40m range, with strong aspirations to grow in sectors where the average premium is in the £5K to £50K range then we would certainly like to hope so!
Our knowledge and experience of the Insurance Sector combined with our consultative approach and hands on experience of lead generation, telenurturing and pipeline management make us the ideal partner for the Insurance Broker. Of course, we can create the leads and position our partner to secure those opportunities via our unique multi-media nurturing programme, nevertheless, YOU still have to have the sales processes in place to take advantage of this including the right people with the right training and the right support behind them to 'knock these quality crosses into the back of the net'.
